Comments & Q&A

When reading a post, a comment sidebar is displayed on the right side of the screen. From this panel you can react to the post, engage through comments, and review AI-generated review questions.


Comment Sidebar Structure

The comment sidebar appears as a fixed panel on the right side of the screen.

  • Width: 34vw of the screen width (minimum 280px, maximum 560px)
  • Mobile: Displayed as a full-screen overlay.
  • Toggle button: A panel icon (open) or X icon (close) is always visible on screen so you can open and close the panel at any time.

Three Tabs

Info Tab

Likes and Sharing

  • Like button (heart icon): Click to like the post. The current like count is displayed next to the button.
  • Share button: Share a link to the post.

More Options Menu (”…”)

Click the ”…” button in the upper right of the post to open the additional options menu.

  • Follow / Unfollow: Follow or unfollow the post author.
  • Report: Report an inappropriate post.

Author Information

The post author’s name and avatar are displayed at the bottom of the Info tab. Hover over the author’s name or avatar to bring up the UserProfileCard popover, which shows a quick summary of the author’s profile.


Comments Tab

Comment Sorting

Use the “Sort by:” dropdown at the top of the comment list to change the display order.

NewestThe most recently written comments appear at the top.
OldestThe earliest written comments appear at the top.
Most PopularComments with the most likes appear at the top.

Comment List

  • Comments are displayed as nested replies (threads).
  • Deleted comments are replaced with the text “This comment has been deleted.”
  • Edited comments are labeled with (edited).

Comment Actions

The following actions are available on each comment:

  • Like: Express appreciation for the comment.
  • Reply: Write a reply to that comment.
  • Edit: Edit a comment you wrote.
  • Delete: Delete a comment you wrote.

Comment Editor

A rich text editor is displayed at the bottom of the Comments tab.

  • Input placeholder: “Write a comment…”
  • Mini toolbar (formatting buttons displayed at the top of the editor):

If no comments have been written yet, the following message is shown:

Review Tab (Q&A)

The Review tab is shown only on learning record type posts. Here you can find review questions automatically generated by AI based on the post content.

Loading and Empty States

  • While questions are loading, a spinner is shown along with the message “Loading questions…”
  • If no questions have been generated yet, the message “No questions yet.” is displayed.

Q&A Card Layout

Each question is displayed as a card containing the following information:

Review Hint Schedule

Review hints are determined automatically based on the time elapsed since the post was published.

Q&A Detail View

Click a question card to go to that question’s detail screen.

  • Click the “Back to question list” button at the top to return to the card list in the Review tab.
  • The full question content is displayed.
  • In the comment panel at the bottom of the screen, you can share your thoughts on the question and read other users’ answers.

Tip: Try writing your answer to a review question as a comment. Putting your thoughts into words as if explaining to someone else is one of the most effective ways to review what you have learned.
