In order to protect teens from harmful information and help them safely use the internet, we are implementing the teen protection policy set out in the Act on the Promotion of Information and Communication Network Utilization and Information Protection, etc.

JoyLabs will continue to strive to create a clean and healthy internet culture and help teens grow into healthy individuals through proper information sharing activities in the future.

1. Goal and Basic Principles for Teen Protection We strive to protect teens from harmful environments and create a beneficial environment so that they can grow into healthy individuals. We have established a teen protection policy to provide a service that allows teens to safely use the internet.

2. Teen Protection Device We have established a teen protection device to prevent teens from being exposed to harmful information without any restrictions. We have also taken preventive measures to prevent harmful information from being exposed.

3. Consultation and Complaint Handling for Harmful Information We have deployed specialized personnel to handle consultations and complaints for harmful information to prevent delays in crisis management and prevent the spread of harm. If we cannot handle it ourselves, we will guide you to the relevant institutions based on the characteristics of the harm.

4. Teen Access Restriction and Management Measures for Harmful Information We have expanded the application of prohibited words for harmful information to all services, including general searches, and have implemented systematic management measures for services with adult certification devices.

5. Education for Protecting Teens from Harmful Information We have educated the teen protection manager and service managers on various related laws, standards for handling harmful information, reporting procedures, and other measures to protect teens.

6. Protection of Teens through the Improvement of Awareness of All Users We inform users that they may be subject to restrictions or criminal responsibility for improper behavior through service terms, and promptly disseminate information about new harmful information through notices or emails to protect teens and all users. We also strive to improve the awareness of information through various information education and campaigns.

7. Designation of Teen Protection Manager and Duty Officer We have designated the teen protection manager and duty officer as follows to perform the teen protection task, including blocking and managing harmful information, and establishing a teen protection policy for harmful information.

This teen protection policy will take effect on August 1, 2025.
